Bruins Extend Winning Streak with Overtime Victory Over Senators

The Boston Bruins achieved their longest winning streak in over a year by defeating the Ottawa Senators 3-2 in overtime on November 6, 2025, at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.

Sean Kuraly, Bruins center, celebrated with teammates after scoring during the second period. The winning goal came in the final six seconds of overtime, securing the fifth consecutive victory for Boston.

“These guys are giving me everything they got,” Bruins coach Marco Sturm said after the game. “Everybody knows me now and knows what I want out of them. I’m very happy with how we approach every game structure-wise now.”

The Bruins overcame an early challenge, falling behind after Joonas Korpisalo allowed a goal on the first shot he faced. Michael Amadio of the Senators scored in the first period on a 2-on-1 chance at 5:42. This marked the seventh time this season the Bruins conceded the first goal within their first three shots against, with Korpisalo and Jeremy Swayman splitting those occurrences.
