NEW YORK, November 6 — The Ukraine conflict remains difficult to resolve, but some progress is being made, said Steve Witkoff, the US special presidential envoy for peace missions. Speaking at a business forum in Miami, Florida, Witkoff stated,
“I sense that there's some break, there's some progress today, but I think it's a tough conflict.”
