Derby residents are invited to participate in this year’s Remembrance Sunday events on Sunday, 9 November 2025, to honor the sacrifices of armed forces and emergency services members.
The annual Remembrance Sunday parade and service will return to the city, uniting youth groups, veteran organizations, and community members in tribute.
The Order of Service is available for download. The ceremony will be shown on a large screen in the Market Place for broader public viewing.
Unlike previous years, the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers 148 Divisional Support Company troops will not parade this year, but various local youth and veteran groups will still take part.
"The city’s annual Remembrance Sunday parade and service returns this November, bringing together youth groups, veteran organisations and people from all walks of life to honour the sacrifice of members of the armed forces and emergency services."
Derby’s Remembrance Sunday serves as a meaningful occasion bringing together different community groups to collectively honor those who served.
