Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) and Toronto Hydro have reached a significant milestone by energizing the 500th electric vehicle (EV) charging station in the city. This achievement marks an important step forward in Toronto’s electrified transportation progress.

The newest charging station is located at Green P Carpark 504, 9 Willingdon Blvd., and is part of Canada’s largest municipally owned EV charging network. This extensive network is a result of collaboration between TPA and Toronto Hydro aimed at making electric transportation more accessible and convenient for both residents and visitors.
