Remembrance Day Holiday City Schedule – Tuesday, November 11, 2025
Due to the Remembrance Day holiday on Tuesday, November 11, all City offices and facilities will be closed. Residents can contact the City of St. John’s 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the following channels:

Remembrance Day Parade and Ceremony
The Royal Canadian Legion Newfoundland and Labrador will hold the annual Remembrance Day parade and ceremony on Tuesday, November 11.
- The parade begins at 10:10 a.m. from the Sergeants’ Memorial on Queen’s Road.
- It will reach the National War Memorial around 10:45 a.m.
- The ceremony starts at 10:55 a.m.
