Born Glenn Clifton Jr., Young Bleed was rushed to the hospital in late October after suffering a brain aneurysm caused by internal bleeding. This emergency occurred just days after his performance at the Cash Money Verzuz No Limit event at ComplexCon.

Tameka Long, mother of Young Bleed’s 10-year-old son, revealed the rapper battled high blood pressure and a heart condition. Following the aneurysm, he was placed in the ICU on a ventilator.

Ty’Gee Ramon said his father "never dealt with ‘real health issues’" but acknowledged his routine medication for high blood pressure.
