Lorraine Kelly to Celebrate Another Year of Fundraising for the STV Children’s Appeal

STV will broadcast a special live programme from its Pacific Quay headquarters in Glasgow this Friday, dedicated to showcasing the efforts of the STV Children’s Appeal throughout 2025. The broadcast will highlight three projects that have received support from the charity this year.

TV presenter Lorraine Kelly, who has served as an STV Children’s Appeal trustee since the charity was founded, will host the show and meet people who have either contributed to the Appeal or benefited from its projects over the past year.

Ahead of the event, Kelly was photographed wearing a kilt and scarf in the official STV Children’s Appeal tartan, designed by the Paisley-based family company Houston Kiltmakers. The tartan’s pink, yellow, and blue pattern was created earlier in the year to help raise funds for the cause.

“Celebrating all the fundraisers and projects involved in the STV Children’s Appeal is always one of the highlights of my year – and this year will be extra special, as I’m heading to Scotland to present the Appeal Show live from STV HQ. I’m looking forward to meeting more incredible people from across the country, hearing their inspiring stories and learning what the work of the STV Children’s Appeal means to them.”
