Joji Announces New Album, Shares Second Single

Joji Announces Fourth Studio Album Piss in the Wind

Joji, the acclaimed singer, songwriter, and producer known for his transition from YouTube to music, has unveiled his fourth studio album titled Piss in the Wind. The album is set for release on February 6, 2026, through Palace Creek.

This new record blends Joji's previous sound with fresh elements, combining melancholic and introspective lyrics with gritty yet atmospheric production.

Singles Leading Up to the Album

Earlier this month, Joji surprised fans with the first single from the album, PIXELATED KISSES. This track marked his return since the 2022 album SMITHEREENS and quickly amassed nearly 50 million streams worldwide, debuting on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

On November 5, he released a second single, It It Only Gets Better, which reflects his lo-fi beginnings. The song features acoustic guitar, a syncopated bassline, and soaring harmonies.

The accompanying music video, directed by James Mao, references the breakthrough hit YEAH RIGHT from Joji's 2018 album BALLADS 1. It contrasts energetic, club-inspired visuals with simple yet thoughtful lyrics.
