There are no hard feelings between comedian Alan Carr and singer Paloma Faith after their dramatic moment on The Traitors. Carr, the Celebrity Traitors champion, playfully claimed he is the father of Faith’s unborn baby after “murdering” her character on the show.
Faith, who revealed last month that she is expecting her third child, was the first celebrity “killed” in the season. Carr spoke about the moment on the official visual podcast Uncloaked, sharing how awkward the scene felt.
“It was so awful, it really hurt.”
Apologizing to Faith, he said:
“I am so sorry, you know I am.”
He then joked:
“I want to tell everyone that I am the father of her unborn child. We had a make up hug and one thing led to another.”
Faith, who was in the audience during the recording, responded humorously and confirmed the friendly nature of their relationship.
“I have been known to turn people and it was an enjoyable experience for both of us.”
She reaffirmed there were no lingering tensions, commenting:
“Observing tonight and going through my whole plethora of hormonal emotions, I feel like the reason Alan won and I was so sad was we all love him so much.”
After a dramatic yet friendly on-screen “murder,” Alan Carr joked about fathering Paloma Faith’s baby, and both stars confirmed their mutual affection with playful humor.
