The deal is valued at a minimum of $8 million for four fights over two years, making Shields, a two-time Olympic gold medalist and four-time undisputed champion, the highest-paid female boxer ever. It includes a $3 million signing bonus.
“The deal could be worth much more depending on how well the events sell,” said promoter Dmitriy Salita.
