Hayley Williams Releases New Song “Showbiz”

November 7 marked an important day for Hayley Williams, the frontwoman of Paramore. Her third solo studio album, Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party, is now available in physical formats, including two previously unreleased tracks.

One of these songs, “Good Ol’ Days,” was shared online last month. The second track, “Showbiz,” produced by co-writer Daniel James, has just been released.

“Showbiz,” produced by Daniel James, joins the expanded physical edition of Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party.

Grammy Nominations and Achievements

Williams also received four Grammy nominations this year. Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party competes for Best Alternative Music Album, while “Parachute” is nominated for Best Alternative Music Performance. Meanwhile, “Mirtazapine” is up for Best Rock Performance, and “Glum” earned a nod for Best Rock Song.

Williams first won a Grammy in 2015 for Best Rock Song with “Ain’t It Fun.” She later took home two awards in 2024: Best Rock Album (This Is Why) and Best Alternative Music Performance (This Is Why). To date, she has earned 11 nominations in her career.

“She continues to expand her artistry while maintaining her distinct voice rooted in alternative rock.”
