Bad Company frontman Paul Rodgers announced he will not attend the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony due to health concerns.
“My hope was to be at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and to perform for the fans, but at this time I have to prioritize my health.”
The 75-year-old musician shared his decision on Instagram, noting that while he has no issues with singing, the overall stress of preparations has become too much for him.
“I have no problem singing, it’s the stress of everything else. Thanks for understanding.”
Rodgers added that former bandmate Simon Kirke and several talented musicians will perform in his place at the event held at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
“Guaranteed to rock,” he concluded.
