Josh Davis has been promoted to senior vice president of US operations at Live Nation Entertainment.
Davis will oversee the company's live music and festival business across the US, reporting to Bob Roux, chief operating officer.
The move comes as the company continues to expand its operations in the US, with a number of high-profile festival and concert promotions scheduled for next year.
Davis has been with the company for over five years, serving as vice president of US operations since 2015.
"Josh has been instrumental in helping us grow our business in the US, and we're excited to have him take on this new role," said Roux.
Davis will be responsible for overseeing the company's live music and festival business across the US, including the promotion of a number of high-profile events, such as the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival and the Outside Lands Music Festival.
He will also work closely with the company's US-based promoters, including Live Nation's flagship venues, the Hollywood Bowl and the Forum in Los Angeles.
