Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake School Superintendent Retiring
The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District has started a statewide search for a new school leader.
Superintendent of Schools Dr. Patrick McGrath will retire at the end of the 2025-2026 school year after 14 years with the district.
Accomplishments
- Three districtwide capital projects, including the high school's STEAM addition
- New transportation building
- Upgraded high school auditorium and athletic field
- Creation of a black box theater, podcast studio, and video production lab
- Modern libraries and a business center
Dr. McGrath was the district's sixth superintendent and second-longest serving.
