Primary School Pupils Design Labels for Homegrown Honey

Over 115 local primary school students, aged 5-11, will participate in a competition to design a label for jars of honey produced by Fort Kinnaird's resident beehives.

The competition, hosted by Fort Kinnaird and Niddrie Mill Primary School, tasks students with creating a label for 100 jars of honey.

Students are encouraged to showcase their creativity, with the winner receiving a £100 voucher and five runners-up receiving a £20 gift card.

This competition follows a visit by Niddrie Mill pupils to the Fort Kinnaird beehives in June, where they learned about the importance of bees in the local environment.

The winner will receive a £100 voucher to spend at Fort Kinnaird and a £20 gift card for five runners up.
