Courtney McLean Steps Down as A-Grade Coach
A-name that carries generations of association with Lake Wendouree's netball program will be less involved in 2026.
Courtney McLean has confirmed 2025 was her last season heading up the Lakers' top-line outfit, which won through to Ballarat Football Netball League semi-finals this year before falling to eventual premiers Darley.
'I dedicated more time to it this year than I did my actual job.'
McLean's heart remains firmly intertwined with the club, though her future as a player there, where she has amassed more than 350 games, remains uncertain.
