Arrest Made in Disappearance of Kada Scott
A 21-year-old man, Keon King, has been charged with kidnapping in connection with the disappearance of 23-year-old Philadelphia woman Kada Scott.
According to authorities, Kada Scott was last seen in October and was in communication with King just before her disappearance.
