Baby Emmanuel's Father Pleads Guilty to Murder
Jake Haro, the father of 7-month-old baby Emmanuel Haro, has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.
- He also pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm to a child.
- Filing a false report, a misdemeanor, was another charge he pleaded guilty to.
During the court hearing, Jake Haro cried as he submitted his guilty pleas.
The child's mother, Rebecca Haro, pleaded not guilty to an amended criminal complaint.
No new information came to light regarding the whereabouts of the missing baby's body.
Jake Haro is scheduled to be sentenced in November.
