The Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE) is connecting community groups across England with free expert advice, practical tools and hands-on support to make their community energy projects happen.
Launching in October 2025, the program will work with eligible groups who are in the early stages of developing a low-carbon or renewable energy initiative.
Along with Ashden Climate Solutions, Community Energy England, and a network of trusted industry professionals, the program will support groups with expert guidance to build capacity and help unlock funding.
The first project of its kind to cover the whole of England, the goal is to target areas with low community-energy activity to work towards energy justice across the country.
