The case of Rex v Hamit Coskun was heard at Southwark Crown Court on 9th and 10th October 2025.
It has no place in a secular society such as ours.
This legislation excludes “antipathy, dislike, ridicule, insult or abuse of particular religions” from its religious hatred provisions.
