The Luzerne County Election Board's post-election adjudication will commence sooner than in previous years.
According to County Election Director Emily Cook, the adjudication process will begin on Thursday, November 6, at 9 a.m. in Courtroom A on the third floor of the Penn Place Building.
Adjudication determines the validity of flagged mail and provisional ballots and tallies write-in votes. The process is open to the public, and additional sessions will be scheduled as necessary to complete the process.
