Madras, Culver and Warm Springs Students Participate in Running Festival
The Madras Runners Club held its annual Jefferson County Running Festival at Juniper Hills Park, attracting students from Madras, Culver, and Warm Springs schools, as well as several adults.
The event featured a 3,000-meter run and a 5,000-meter run, with participants dressing up in various costumes, including Rocky Balboa, a coach in a taco costume, and face-painted ghoulish entrants.
The joy of running was celebrated with more than a tinge of Halloween.
