Battlefield 6 REDSEC Launch Announcement
Battlefield 6 REDSEC, a standalone free-to-play battle royale game mode, is set to release on October 28.
EA made the official announcement on October 27, a day before the release, and a launch gameplay trailer is also scheduled to debut at the same time.
The launch coincides with the start of Battlefield 6 Rogue Ops season 1, which introduces new weapons, maps, and more.

Unlike other battle royales, Battlefield 6 REDSEC features a ring that instantly kills enemies upon contact, with 100 players divided into 25 four-player squads, each locking in a class at the beginning of the match.
