The Challenge

In early 2024, SoftServe faced a challenge that cut to the heart of its culture, following the arrival of a new CEO in January. The CEO outlined a values reactivation initiative to re-highlight six core company principles introduced by the founders: trust, teamwork, growth, innovation, willingness to help, and exceeding expectations.

This need arose after an employee engagement survey, which prompted the company to take action and reinvigorate its values.
