Italy to Acquire 29 More AW249 Attack Helicopters
Italy has initiated the parliamentary process to approve the acquisition of an additional 29 AW249 Fenice attack helicopters.
The new batch will complete the planned fleet of 48 AW249s for the Italian Army.

- 19 existing helicopters will be upgraded to Full Operational Capability (FOC) configuration
