Chinese State-Owned Firms Launch Car-Chip Testing Platform
The facility is expected to bolster the localisation process in high-end car chips, as the Nexperia dispute threatens global supply chains.
According to the firms’ joint announcement, the platform was set up with more than 80 sets of testing equipment and 13 laboratories specialising in functions such as automotive-grade environmental and reliability testing, information security, and failure analysis.
