A for-profit affordable housing provider owned by a borough council has reported a £1.2m profit, in what it described as an "exceptional" year.
Loddon Homes, which is owned by Wokingham Borough Council, reported a £1.2m post-tax profit in the year to March 2025, up from a loss of £68,879 the previous year.
Its revenue surged 59% to £2.7m, from £1.7m in 2024.

Any savings are then invested back into communities and services throughout the borough.
