Halloween Decorating Contest Winners Announced
The fall season has come to an end, and Ocracoke Island yards were filled with skeletons, witches, ghosts, and pumpkins as part of the Halloween decorations.
Judging for the Ocracoke Civic & Business Association Halloween Decorating Contest took place on the evening of October. The anonymous judges had a tough time deliberating, saying:
“People did a good job,” and “There were a lot of strong contenders, and we thank everyone for their efforts.”
The winners and honorable mentions were announced, with the following receiving honorable mentions.
