Three Fall River men have been charged in a plot to sneak K2 into the Ash Street Jail in New Bedford.
Bristol County Sheriff Paul Heroux announced that charges were filed on October 24 in New Bedford District Court after an investigation by the Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit.
According to Sheriff Heroux, the investigation was launched after receiving information that the trio was allegedly conspiring to have a package of contraband thrown over the wall at the Ash Street Jail.
