Tim Woodward, a PCHS alum, co-founded Animal Rescue Corps in 2010 to handle large-scale animal rescues, impacting over 10,000 animals.
"I remember law enforcement saying, 'You're not going to worry about the rats and mice are you?' and we said, 'Absolutely we are'."
Woodward recalls a rescue operation, Operation Caged Hell, where he and his team found over 700 animals in need, including chickens, rabbits, cats, dogs, and 600 rats and mice.
