Robertsville Man Charged with Domestic Assault
A Robertsville man was charged with domestic assault, third degree following an incident in October.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Warrenton Police Department, an officer made contact with the victim who reported that her boyfriend, Kurt Wahl of Robertsville, began breaking items inside their vehicle and struck her with a closed fist on top of her head.
Video footage showed Wahl striking the victim several times.
A no-bond warrant was issued for Wahl’s arrest in October.
