Vicksburg’s Bicentennial Time Capsule to Be Unearthed
Vicksburg officials will open a 50-year-old time capsule in a bicentennial celebration at the Warren County Courthouse on Friday.

The time capsule will be unearthed at 12:30 p.m. at the Warren County courthouse. Peggy Sue Fulgham and her daughter, Jennifer Fulghum Lewis, will witness the event.
The Vicksburg Bicentennial Commission created a Bicentennial scroll as a fundraiser, which Jennifer Fulghum Lewis signed as the youngest participant.
