Developers Concerned Over Electric Grid Capacity

As of January 1, New York state will require most new buildings to be built with electric heat and appliances.
"You can't just mandate something without having the ability to actually execute it, and that's what they've done,"
said John Graziose, president of Gerber Homes, a local homebuilding company.
