Homegrown Harvest Festival Unites Community
The third annual Homegrown Harvest Festival (HHF) took place on October 3 and 4, bringing the community together with great food and music while supporting important local causes.
As stated on its website, the festival's net proceeds benefit three key organizations:
- the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia, which combats food insecurity by providing meals and resources;
- The CROP Foundation, awarding scholarships to local culinary students;
- and the T2 Fitness Foundation, helping high-risk individuals adopt healthier lifestyles.
The festival directly supports local causes, making a positive impact on the area.
This year's festival was held at The Hubs Vine in Franklin on Friday, October 3, and Goose Hill Farm in Franklin on Saturday, October 4.
