Market Boom: Investor Activity Hits 8-Year High
Investors are flooding back into Australia's property market, driven by low interest rates and tight rental supply, resulting in fierce competition and significant profits for sellers.
According to the REA Group's PropTrack Terri Scheer Investor Report, investor activity has surged over the past 18 months, with new investor lending rising steadily.
- Queensland and South Australia recorded the highest increase in investor loans, up 16% from 2024 to 2025.

- Western Australia experienced a 10% increase, while Victoria recorded a 9% rise.
