The Pretty Wild's New Single: Afterlife
The Pretty Wild have released a new single, Afterlife, featuring Magnolia Park, taken from their debut album zero.point.genesis, set to arrive on November 21 via Sumerian.
According to Jules, Afterlife "circles the idea of star-crossed souls bound by something ancient and unbreakable" and is inspired by mythological and tragic love stories.
Afterlife explores the idea that love dynamics are rooted in co-dependent magnetism and resonance patterns... It asks, 'What happens when obsession doesn’t end with death, but carries your soul into magnetising eternal dynamics?'
Jyl describes the result as "kinda tragic and romantically glitchy. It’s basically a pop-metal requiem."
