The Breeze Condo Project in Callander
Ryan and Erin Farquhar are collaborating with Greystone developers to construct a 38-unit condo building at 888 Main Street.
The Breeze beachfront condo project is set to begin construction this fall, with an expected completion date in early 2027.
The couple, known for building the lighthouse in Callander Bay, initiated the development process for The Breeze approximately two and a half years ago.
Following the approval of final zoning amendments during a recent Callander council meeting, the project is now moving forward.
Ryan Farquhar expressed his excitement for the project after the council's decision.
