The owners of Coba aim to create a pool-packed wellness center south of downtown Denver, utilizing geothermal energy from 800 feet underground.
A custom-built trailer, called the Cobacita, is currently on site, featuring a sauna and cold plunge pools, offering a preview of the planned bathhouse.
Behind a set of folding glass doors, visitors will find rounded cubbies for their belongings and curtains blocking off a pair of changing areas.
