My late friend and comrade Kethesh Loganathan, son of a famous banker and a Georgetown alumnus, noted that the key motif of the Sri Lankan tragedy is "Lost Opportunities".

Kethesh Loganathan was a theoretician of the Marxist-led EPRLF and Deputy Head of the Peace Secretariat (SCOPP) before being assassinated by the LTTE.
