Pedestrian Hit by Vehicle in Downtown Whitehorse

A pedestrian was treated for non-life threatening injuries after being hit by a vehicle at an intersection in downtown Whitehorse.

According to Yukon RCMP spokesperson Calista MacLeod, the incident occurred at around 12:50 p.m. on Nov. 3 at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Elliott Street.

The police investigation has wrapped up and traffic is no longer impacted.
