AXIS Capital Appoints New Head of US Healthcare Reinsurance
AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, a global specialty underwriter and provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions, has announced the appointment of Erik Rasmussen as Head of US Healthcare Reinsurance.
Rasmussen will be based in St. Paul, Minnesota, and will report to James “Jay” Hamilton, Global Head of Accident & Health, Insurance and Reinsurance.
In his new role, Rasmussen will lead the AXIS US Healthcare Reinsurance team, define strategic underwriting direction, and strengthen existing partnerships while developing new ones to support the company’s business objectives.
