Thiago Motta Turns Down Real Sociedad
Juventus' plans to terminate Thiago Motta's contract have been delayed. The club appointed Motta in 2024, but he had a poor eight months in charge before being sacked in March.
Motta was chosen by former Football Director Cristiano Giuntoli due to his success at Bologna. However, he struggled at Juventus, leading to his departure after losses to Atalanta and Fiorentina.
Despite being linked to other teams, Motta remains on Juventus' payroll, earning a net salary of €3.5 million until June 2027. His decision to turn down Real Sociedad means Juventus will have to continue paying him.

Juventus will have to wait for another opportunity to part ways with Motta.
