Fantasy Frocks in Bakersfield Closing After 45 Years
Fantasy Frocks, a beloved costume store in downtown Bakersfield, is set to close after 45 years in business.
Owner Brianna Keller shared that the store, known for its high-quality theatrical costumes and extensive inventory, will be selling its business.
"It's been an amazing 45 years, but we are selling,"Keller said.
The store, located at 1928 17th St., offers a wide range of costumes, including popular brands like Leg Avenue, Secret Wishes, and more. They provide not only retail costumes but also rental costumes, mostly handmade.
Fantasy Frocks is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. Keller encourages anyone interested in purchasing the business to reach out.
