Keith Hackett, former PGMOL chief and ex-FIFA referee, has expressed his disagreement with the penalty given to Ethan Ampadu for handball during Wales' match against Belgium.
Ethan Ampadu did not deserve to be penalised for handball.
The incident occurred in the 17th minute of the game, when referee Daniel Siebert deemed Ampadu to have committed a handball offence, leading to a penalty for Belgium. Hackett attributes the decision to the subjectivity of the handball law.
