Roads Minister Liz Kimmins has denied claims that Armagh is the "forgotten city" amidst concerns over chronic traffic congestion.
When questioned about the lack of progress on link roads for Armagh, Minister Kimmins acknowledged that the A5 judgement is currently affecting all road schemes.
