Toll Group and BlueScope Move Toward a Sustainable Future
Toll Group has introduced two new Volvo FMe Electric 6x4 Prime Movers to support BlueScope Steel's freight and warehousing capabilities.
The new Volvo FMe Electric Prime Movers boast a 270 km range on a single charge and can haul a payload of up to 26.5 tonnes, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 192 tonnes annually.
These vehicles will operate within BlueScope's logistics network, reducing emissions, noise, and environmental impact while maintaining high performance and reliability for large-scale steel transport.
Noise and environmental impact reduction is part of the goal.
