Tragedy in St. Helena Island, South Carolina
A shooting at Willie's Bar and Grill in St. Helena Island, South Carolina, has left at least four people dead and 20 injured.
The incident occurred around 1 a.m. on Sunday, according to the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office. Deputies arrived at the scene to find a large crowd and several people suffering from gunshot wounds.
"It was learned that hundreds of people were at the location when the shooting occurred. Multiple victims and witnesses ran to the nearby businesses and properties seeking shelter from the gun shots,"
according to the statement from the sheriff's office. The shooting is currently under investigation.
