Fatal Crash Leads to Court Summons
A 21-year-old man, Callum Drake, has been summoned to court following a fatal crash on the A15 at Leasingham on January 11, 2024, which resulted in the death of a 22-year-old woman.
Mr. Drake, of Stratton Strawless, Norwich, is accused of causing death by careless driving and is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, October 23.
According to Lincolnshire Police, "A 21-year-old man has been summoned to court following the death of a woman in a collision on the A15 at Leasingham."
The incident is currently under investigation, and Mr. Drake's court appearance is scheduled for October 23.
